We booked this property for a budget stay, and it exceeded our expectations. The rooms were in excellent condition and quite spacious. Initially, we considered booking an AC room, but since the property is located close to a jungle area, it gets pleasantly cold at night—making AC unnecessary. Mr. Yunoos was very accommodating and offered genuine advice about the place. Highly recommend this property if you're looking for an affordable and comfortable stay.

The place is in a good location closer to the forest reserve. Very good budget friendly place to hang out with friends. The owner is very friendly and makes sure your entire trip is comfortable and helps with the itenary suggesting the places and also helps with the necessary arrangement making your vacation planning a hassle free process

Very Budget friendly with Luxury rooms and view from balcony and Terrace is very Awesome. and also flowers 🌹 in terrace is very beautiful. I think one of the best room in Thekkady.

We're a couple from England and Germany. Delicious breakfast cooked by local Thekkady wife and served by husband. They have been in Thekkady for at least 3 generations so I'm very happy to support them. Thank you to the family for a really pleasant stay and thank you to Yunoos who's helpful with information and honest. Reasonable pricing - we had been backpacking for a while in India and the activity and meals can get pricey in Thekkady so this was a good balance. The location is perfect and it's only a 12 minute walk away from the main street, a nice quiet quarter.

Room was good. very clean.. good hospitality.. friendly care taker.. One thing I felt was thebhot water supply. They have solar water heater.. u must tell them that u need hot water.. the water came 15 mins late and they switched off quickly. It was little bit of inconvenience.. Car parking slots also available.
